Community Based Group Homes—We support children and adults to increase functional autonomy and build healthy interdependencies within their local communities.

Day Support for Adults-Day support is intended to provide a range of social, physical, education and recreational activities for adults whose disabilities prevent them from participating in other training or work programs. Early Intervention—Services are provided for children ages birth to age three and designed to increase the developmental, social and educational gains for the child, improve the functioning of the family and reap long-term benefits for society at large. More Info–>

Education–We offer comprehensive education services for individuals ages six to 22. Learning is customized to each child’s strengths. More Info –> Education services are available in the following facilities: Berryville, Leesburg, Richmond and Winchester

Outpatient—Our growing team of mental health professionals strives to be your partner in health and wellness. Individual counseling, couples therapy, family therapy, psychological testing and intensive outpatient program for teens are available for children and families More Info –>

Residential Support for Adults- For males and females over the age of 18, Grafton provides programs for individuals who require long-term supported residential services. The programs are designed to increase self-autonomy and build healthy interdependencies, utilizing community integration where appropriate. Grafton also provides recreational and leisure activities, as well as day support services.

Short-term Stabilization—This recently established service provides more intensive treatment for children and adolescents six to 21 for a shorter duration (30 to 45 days) and supports the rapid stabilization of the child and family. More Info–>
