Jerry B. Partlow
Jerry B. Partlow, founder and CEO of The Partlow Insurance Agency, Inc. has more than 30 years of experience in commercial insurance. He is a former owner of J.V. Arthur, Inc. which was one of Virginia’s largest and most respected insurance Agencies for nearly a century.
Mr. Partlow is recognized nationally for his innovative designs and development of Association related Insurance Programs. He has longstanding endorsements from the National Association of Private Special Education Centers in Washington, D.C., the Virginia Association of Independent Specialized Education Facilities, and the Association of Schools and Agencies for the Handicapped in New Jersey. Recently, he gained the endorsements of the Arizona Association of Private Special Education Providers and the Illinois Association of Private Special Education Centers.
A recognized expert in malpractice insurance and related services for the medical industry, Mr. Partlow serves on the National Agents Advisory Council for Philadelphia Insurance Company. He is recognized nationally as a Key Agent with Philadelphia, and serves on the Commercial Round Table for the Erie Insurance Company.
In addition to his insurance experience, Mr. Partlow served on the Winchester City Council for three terms, chairing the finance committee, social service, and the education committees. He has also served, and continues to serve, on Boards of Directors for numerous nonprofit agencies. He has three grown children, four grandchildren, and lives in Winchester, VA.
