Grafton rigorously measures client progress using a shared definition of success. Since Grafton’s Goal Mastery™ initiative was implemented in 2005, we have consistently exceeded our target goal rate of 80% across the organization. We also measure other criteria, such as feedback from the families of clients we serve.
