James H. Stewart


James (Jamie) was appointed CEO in June 2016. He joined Grafton in August 2008 as Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice-President. As a successful financial and administrative leader he has over twenty years’ progressive experience in a healthcare environment.

Kent Houchins

Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, Clinical Operations

Kent joined Grafton in September 2010. He brought a wealth of experience to the organization, having worked in the behavioral health services field for over sixteen years prior to his arrival here.

Kimberly Sanders

Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, Staffing & Training and President Ukeru Systems

Kim has worked with children and adults with Autism and other developmental disabilities for nearly 20 years. During her tenure at Grafton, Kim has served as Program Supervisor, Case Manager, Adult Services Administrator, Residential Administrator and Executive Director of the Winchester facility.

Scott Zeiter

Executive Vice President/Chief Operation Officer, Development

Scott has previously served as Chief Executive Officer of a residential treatment center for children with mental health and sexual offending behaviors. He has a Masters in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and has practiced as a clinical social worker in a variety of settings including a children’s outpatient mental health clinic, a partial hospital program, and a large inpatient psychiatric treatment center.
