For nearly 60 years, Grafton teams have been working to provide the best possible care for their clients. We pride ourselves on using evidence-based approaches, combined with common sense, in innovative ways. The best example of this is our elimination of the use of seclusion and restraint through the application of trauma-informed principles.
In that same spirit of progress, we are pleased to announce a new treatment planning and behavior data tracking system that will fundamentally change the way we measure client success. This spring, we launched a new electronic health record (EHR) that allows us to track behavior in real-time, providing a far more accurate picture of our clients’ progress. Developed by Welligent, this cloud-based software not only optimizes business processes, but it also captures, compiles, and analyzes clinical data to help us determine the effectiveness of each child’s individualized treatment plan.
