Ray has been part of Grafton for over 30 years. Having started as a Direct Support Professional at Grafton, Ray gained valuable experience in working with individuals to achieve their own goals and create a level of independence to last a lifetime. In 2004, when Grafton began the initiative to minimize restraint and seclusion, Ray play a critical role in communicating with employees, listening to their feedback, and making sure they had all the tools and support they needed. Most recently, he served as Ukeru’s Systems Fidelity Administrator.
