Vanessa Lane
Vanessa Lane has over twenty years of experience in the healthcare field, including managing the entire revenue cycle, from before admission to after discharge. Ms. Lane has extensive expertise in healthcare compliance, having worked with multiple state Medicaid systems to develop and implement policy changes. In addition, she has an in-depth understanding of how CSA funding interacts with commercial and Medicaid payers and has participated in multiple teams on the selection, implementation, and use of Electronic Health Record Systems.
At Grafton, Ms. Lane oversees revenue cycle, admissions, authorizations, contracting, accounts receivable, data warehouse/data analytics, quality assurance, and information technology. Prior to Grafton, she was the Manager of Accounts Receivable for the Center for Behavioral Health at Centerstone. In this position, she managed the revenue cycle through multiple Electronic Health Record implementations and several mergers between non-profit community mental health centers.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, Ms. Lane earned a Master’s in Business Administration, with a Healthcare Administration focus, from Indiana Wesleyan University.
